Bryan and I might have just figured out a way to optimize our time and resources in running Spotables and we were testing it out in the last few weeks. Bryan is very good with details and a very patient person, so he's our full time sales, customer service & production person. As for me, I'm not bad with spreadsheets (I've my whole life plan written in spreadsheets most times) and I've some trade marketing experience, my focus is on marketing and the business process. There's just 48 hours between us in a day and so far, this has working pretty well.

Business has picked up after we've run it for 10 months. It's amazing we've come to this day since Iron Bra and Who Shot Bob days...both of which have met their silent deaths. We've got a lot of returning customers and good word of mouth, so we're pretty packed on a daily basis.
